Walk & Talk: Berlin Netwalk & Pre-Con Mixer
Monday 22nd September, 6pm
Kick off your CTO Craft Con experience with our Berlin Netwalk, a relaxed Walk & Talk for attendees and community members.
We’ll meet at the Neptune Fountain at 6pm, take a gentle 30-minute stroll along the river, and end at Republik Berlin for the welcome mixer. It’s a chance to explore the city, swap stories, and connect with fellow tech leaders – no slides, no screens, just conversation.
If you’d rather skip the walk, you can head straight to the mixer from 6pm.
Please note: Republik Berlin is a cash only venue.
After Hours
At the end of Day 1, ease into the evening with a drink in hand as you leave the final session — no awkward searching or queuing at the bar, just instant relaxation.
The atmosphere is casual and sociable, with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars to carry on conversations with new connections (or familiar faces). Whether you’re heading out for dinner or staying for one more, this is your chance to connect beyond the content.
Morning Coffee Corners
Grab a coffee and pull up a chair — no need to sign up or stick to a schedule. Our informal Coffee Corners run during the morning breaks, each with a different theme like Leading Through Change, Hiring Headaches, or Tech & Parenthood.
Just look for the signs, find a topic that speaks to you, and join the conversation. It’s a relaxed way to connect with others who are navigating the same challenges.
Women in Tech Breakfast
Start your day with great coffee and even better company. This breakfast gathering is a relaxed space for women in tech leadership to connect, share experiences, and build relationships before the day kicks off. No agenda — just real conversation with brilliant people who get it. Open to all who identify as women or non-binary.
Circles Taster Breakfast
Curious about CTO Craft Circles? Join us for a relaxed breakfast session where you’ll get a feel for how our Circles work — small, supportive groups of tech leaders meeting regularly to share challenges, advice, and hard-won lessons. Come meet others who’ve taken part, ask questions, and see if it’s right for you.

Not in the mood to be pitched? Keen to chat? You’re in control. Our optional traffic light stickers let you signal your openness to sponsor conversations, so you can focus on the connections that matter most.

We’ll have blank badge tags ready for you at the registration desk – just jot down a topic you’re passionate about. It could be AI, hiring, imposter syndrome, or even your favourite TV show. It’s an easy icebreaker and a fun way to spark conversations with fellow attendees.
