He has also been VP Engineering and Chief Architect at eBay, VP Engineering at Stitch Fix, and a Director of Engineering at Google Cloud. He talks a lot, sometimes at conferences about engineering leadership. He is particularly interested in the nexus of technology, culture, and organization.
