As a reminder, anyone referred needs to be a senior leader in technology or engineering within the fintech industry, e.g. CTO, Director of Technology, Head of Technology, Head of Engineering, or Director of Engineering.
Enter their details below and we’ll take it from there – a personal invite will let them know you’ve referred them as someone who’d add value to the community and the event. We’ll only send one email inviting them to CTO Craft Con: Fintech. After that, it’s their choice whether to opt-in to further updates.

The Details
Referrals are tracked automatically, so there’s nothing extra you need to do once you’ve submitted the form.
Entries close on Wednesday 28th October – get your referrals in before then to be counted.
Winners will be announced at the event on Monday 2nd November.
Terms & Conditions
- This referral program is open to all attendees of CTO Craft Con: Fintech
- Referrals must be submitted via the official referral form to be counted; referrals made outside this form (e.g. informal introductions) will not be tracked or counted.
- Each submission must include accurate and complete contact details for the referred individual.
- Referral entries close Wednesday 28th October 12pm. Submissions received after this time will not be counted.
- Winners will be determined based on the total number of valid referrals submitted per attendee as of the entry deadline.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash equivalents.
- CTO Craft reserves the right to disqualify any entries deemed fraudulent, duplicate, or in violation of these terms.
- By submitting a referral, you confirm you have permission to share the referred individual’s contact details with CTO Craft for the purposes of this program.
