His focus is the messy middle: not whether to adopt AI-assisted development, but how to do it in environments where mistakes carry real consequences. Eric started his career as a developer, became Coder’s founding Sales Engineer, and has spent the last several years working with the engineering teams in some of the world’s most security-conscious companies.
