Originally from Venezuela and now based in Berlin, Khaterine is a VP of Engineering with a background in mobile engineering and informatics. Over the past decade, she has led engineering organisations, helping teams scale products, navigate change, and build cultures where people thrive. She believes that investing in people is just as important as investing in technology. A former Director of Women Who Code Berlin, Khaterine is a regular speaker at international conferences and is passionate about leadership, inclusion, and building high-performing engineering teams.
