Luke is co-founder and CTO at Onteric, an AI company specialising in neuro-symbolic architectures and agents that don’t hallucinate and make fully explainable decisions. He previously lectured in Data-centric Engineering at Newcastle University, leading AI projects with the Department for Transport, SAGE, and the Office for National Statistics. Outside academia, Luke led software engineering at De La Rue PLC, was a staff engineer at a healthtech, and led data for the Parliamentary Labour Party.
