Whether you’re a seasoned CTO or someone new to leading in a software engineering team, your role in the ever-changing environment of a start-up or scale-up is complex.

Working with a CTO Coach is a pragmatic and effective way to tackle the challenges and stresses of your role. Our CTO Coaches use a mixture of mentoring and coaching to help you navigate change, build your confidence, accelerate your learning and development and support you in achieving your goals.

As part of the All Access pass we want you to have the opportunity to experience the power of CTO Coaching for yourself.

We are offering a limited number of free half hour slot with one of our excellent CTO Coaches to CTO Craft Con All Access attendees.

We encourage you to bring a challenge that you face to this session and experience getting the support of a CTO Coach in your work.

Joel Chippindale

Joel is a full time CTO Coach and long time member of the CTO Craft team. He specialises in supporting talented start-up and scale-up CTOs to accelerate their development and be successful as their company and role evolves.

Before becoming a CTO Coach, Joel spent over 20 years building, scaling, and leading software development teams, including CTO and COO roles at a range of start-ups and scale-ups.

Since 2011, she has helped companies from 50 to 110,000 employees tackle communication, leadership, and strategic challenges. Recognised as one of Cofinitive’s Top 7 People to Watch (2019) and a top 50 Most Influential Woman in Tech (2022, 2023), Adelina has worked with leaders at companies like Fujitsu, ARM, Amazon, and Microsoft.

Clem Pickering

Clem is an independent coach and consultant focused on helping senior technology leaders increase both their impact and personal fulfilment through compassionate, people-focused leadership. He combines a background in technology and consultancy with his ICF-accredited coaching practice to help individuals and organisations create the conditions for better communication, high-performing teams and inclusive, engaging company culture.

Clem brings experience from a wide range of leadership roles spanning engineering, test, architecture, people operations and tech academies. He’s known for his empathetic and warm style and strongly believes that organisations that put humanity first are also the most successful.
