Experience 1:1 CTO Coaching at CTO Craft Con: London
Whether you’re a seasoned CTO or stepping into leadership for the first time, the role can be demanding, fast-moving, and often isolating, especially in start-ups and scale-ups.
Working with a CTO Coach is a practical and proven way to navigate the challenges of the role. Our coaches blend mentoring and coaching to help you think clearly, build confidence, accelerate your learning, and make progress on the things that really matter in your role.
At CTO Craft Con: London, we’re offering all attendees the opportunity to experience CTO coaching first-hand.
A limited number of free 30-minute 1:1 coaching sessions will be available with our experienced CTO Coaches during the conference. These sessions are designed to be practical and focused. We encourage you to bring a real challenge you’re facing and use the time to explore it with someone who truly understands the role.
These sessions are also a great way to get a feel for CTO Craft coaching, whether you’re curious about working with a coach longer-term or simply want to understand how coaching could support you in your role.
Booking will open soon.
In the meantime, meet the coaches who’ll be joining us in London.
