QEII Centre

We’re thrilled to return to the iconic QEII Centre. Offering stunning views of Westminster and located right across from the Thames and St. James’s Park, it’s an ideal spot for those looking to squeeze in some quick sightseeing while attending the event.

With excellent transport links nearby, your journey to the venue will be as seamless as possible (British transport permitting, of course!).

How to Get There

Address:
QEII Centre
Broad Sanctuary
Westminster
London
SW1P 3EE

By Underground

The QEII Centre is just a short walk from several Underground stations:

 • Westminster (Jubilee, District, Circle lines) – 5 minutes’ walk

 • St James’s Park (District, Circle lines) – 5 minutes’ walk

 • Victoria (Victoria, District, Circle lines, National Rail) – 15 minutes’ walk

By Train

The closest mainline stations are:

 • London Victoria – 15 minutes’ walk or a short taxi/bus ride

 • Waterloo – 20 minutes’ walk across Westminster Bridge

 • Charing Cross – 15 minutes’ walk

By Bus

Many routes stop close to Parliament Square and Victoria Street, just a couple of minutes from the QEII Centre.

Hotels

We’ve teamed up with HotelPlanner to secure great rates on nearby hotels. It’s an easy way to stay close to the action and connect with fellow attendees. Choose from a range of options to fit your budget and be right where the community comes together.

Food & Drink

You’ll be well looked after! A light breakfast will be served each morning, lunch will be provided both days.

We’re committed to making sustainable choices wherever possible. Vegetarian, vegan and other options will be available. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions and didn’t share them when registering, please let us know as soon as possible.

Coffee, tea and water will be available throughout the day to keep you fuelled and refreshed.

Volunteer

Every year, a group of amazing volunteers helps bring the conference to life. Joining the team is a great way to experience the event from a new perspective and be at the heart of the community.

As a volunteer you’ll get full access to the conference sessions and plenty of time to enjoy the talks you’re most excited about. Shifts are designed to be flexible, so you’ll balance helping out with exploring everything the event has to offer.

Most importantly, it’s about connection: supporting others, meeting new people, and having fun while making the event possible.

Accessibility

We’re committed to making the conference an inclusive experience for everyone. The venue is fully accessible with wheelchair-friendly facilities. We also welcome personal assistants or companions, so please let us know in advance so we can make the right arrangements.

If you have specific needs or require any additional accommodations, please reach out to us ahead of time. We want to make sure you feel supported and able to take part fully in the event.
