Hi, I’m Eric Weiss. For over 15 years, I’ve been building technology products, leading highly- effective development teams, and coaching executives to be better leaders, build better products, and find balance in life. I’ve been obsessed with technology since I was a child. Back in the ’80s, I used to tear apart my electronic toys and tinker with my dad’s PC so I could play video games. I started coding as a teenager and became a hacker in the early days of the internet. I’ve spent my entire career developing software products from every angle. I’ve been a developer, systems architect, project manager, product manager, consultant, and Chief Technology Officer. Nowadays, I work with CEOs, CTOs, and CPOs of fast-growing tech companies to help them overcome their growing pains, connect deeply with their customers, develop strong leadership and executive presence, and scale themselves and their business. Needless to say, I LOVE this stuff. For many years, I’ve been speaking at conferences, webinars, and podcasts on a variety of topics, ranging from fundraising to product strategy to inspirational leadership.
