I had an amazing time at the CTO Craft event. So many insights and lessons from industry leaders that are grounded in their real world efforts which makes all the information instantly relatable and tangible. I love that at a tailored event like this, a group of leaders can get into a room and feel comfortable to share their successes & failures in order to share tools, patterns, techniques, and encourage experimentation as we all grow into our roles.

This was a valuable networking opportunity. I connected with several interesting and inspiring engineering leaders who I suspect will be thought partners for me in the future. I also found several of the sessions to be extremely relevant, with topics intersecting challenges I face as an engineering leader.

CTO Craft Con is an incredible experience, bringing together some of the brightest minds in tech leadership. The talks are insightful, practical, and inspiring, but what really sets it apart is the networking.
