1-1 Coaching

Experience 1-1 CTO Coaching at CTO Craft Con

Whether you’re a seasoned CTO or someone new to leading in a software engineering team, your role in the ever-changing environment of a start-up or scale-up is complex.

Working with a CTO Coach is a pragmatic and effective way to tackle the challenges and stresses of your role. Our CTO Coaches use a mixture of mentoring and coaching to help you navigate change, build your confidence, accelerate your learning and development and support you in achieving your goals.

As part of the CTO Craft conference we want you to have the opportunity to experience the power of CTO Coaching for yourself.

We are offering a limited number of free half hour slot with one of our excellent CTO Coaches to CTO Craft Con attendees.

We encourage you to bring a challenge that you face to this session and experience getting the support of a CTO Coach in your work.
