Jon Topper is the founder and CEO/CTO at The Scale Factory, where his team of AWS experts help SaaS businesses navigate the complexities of the cloud. He’s active in the tech community, running the SaaS CTO Network, co-organising the AWS User Group UK, and often seen presenting on AWS and DevOps topics at meetups and conferences. Jon’s been named an AWS Ambassador since 2019, for his impact in the community. Prior to founding his consultancy in 2009, Jon worked for one of the first ISPs in the UK, and then for a mobile messaging business that was made immediately irrelevant by the release of the iPhone. Outside of work, Jon’s a keen and capable cook.
