Since 2018, Paul has been CTO for RVU in London, which owns and runs some of the UK’s leading consumer websites: Confused.com, Uswitch.com, Tempcover.com and Money.co.uk. The websites help millions of people each month decide on various household services.
Paul specialises in building and leading high-performance organisations and technology transformation, with RVU having grown significantly through acquisitions. He cares about teams working in modern lean product development environments, releasing frequently, and moving experimentally in low ceremony environments.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys listening to music and reading, as evidenced by too many headphones and shelves full of partially read books!
